I live in cold New Jersey. I will be away for about 3 weeks. My Prius will be left outdoors in my driveway. Are there any precautions I should take or is 3 weeks too short a time for any special concerns?.
hard to say, a lot of the recent 2010's have shown up with weak batteries. if it's strong you should be fine. otherwise, you may want to throw it on a trickle charger or disconnect the battery terminal. but then, you would have to reset everything when you got back. i leave my 08 for 6 weeks with no problem every winter, but it's in the garage and usually doesn't go below freezing.
