Heh heh -- I'm in the low digits too. I first tried to obtain a Prius in Sept. 2003 when the '04 first came out. I got on two waiting lists and waited three months. After 12 weeks, neither dealer could tell me IF I'd get a Prius letalone WHEN. I called it quits and got another car. I heard about the tax credit last August (2005) and decided to get an '06. I put my name on one list (the dealer I liked better last time) and told him I wanted delivery after Jan 1, 2006. I heard from my dealer last Friday that my Prius will be ready in about 10 days. Long waits DO come to an end. Eventually.
