Was driving OK yesterday. Today turned it on. And engine shaking when I press the gas pedal and does not move forwad at all. Then also the hybrid check error came on. Took it to mechanic. They said it's the hybrid battery. Asked another mechanic to look at it and he said it's the inverter and interveter pump and the hybrid battery. Can that cause the car to not move forwad and produce a shaking noise in engine?

Sounds like your mechanics are not familiar with a prius. I think you need to find a shop that specializes in hybrids. I don't think any bad hybrid battery is going to make an engine shake. Typically, but not always, that's a misfire issue. Did they give you a list of DTCs? (fault codes?)

The weird thing is that while shift is in drive it won't move at all. The other mechanic is a prius mechanic. He said it's an inverter issue. And inverter pump. The coolant usually makes bubbles when you start an engine but mine wasn't doing that.

The inverter cooling water pump has ZERO effect on whether a car moves or not, unless it's in an overheated condition. I wouldn't spend any money on that until the other problems are solved.
A failed inverter would prevent the car from moving, but I question that diagnosis. I would be more curious about solving the obvious first, which would be the P0A80.

Does the car go to READY condition?

You have a copy of the codes. What happens if you disconnect the 12v battery for 2 minutes and then reconnect it? You'll need to press the power button 2x to fully reset the dash lights after reconnecting the 12v battery.

Yes it goes in ready condition However after 2 minutes of idle a message comes up "battery preservation. Switch the car to park to charge battery" although it's already in park which is strange and then the car shuts off but is still on. (lights radio cigerare socket still working but car gets shut off)
