Speed Dial - How to question

    I am slightly embarrassed to ask this question as it is probably in the manual and I missed it...

    How do I add/delete names from the speed dial list on my 2008 Prius Bluetooth navigation system? Can someone give me a quick lesson or point me to a manual/post that describes this step-by-step?
