some users posted their Malibu hybrid fuel numbers on fuelly and EPA

    one is 43.1 , another is 35.4 on fuelly, and one on EPA posted as 37
    not enough samples yet,
    and the biggest competitor, honda accord hybrid 2017, got one user number, its 47.8 on fuelly, and 48 on EPA
    very interesting, hope to see some magazines testing and comparing them, and waiting for more users fuel economy feedback

    It's still impressive to me to see such big numbers on such large cars. Technology has really come a long way. It was hard to find anything decent sized that could pull 30mpg in 2009 when we bought our Prius.

    Governments push car companies to higher mpg,
    companies compete against each other to more efficient power-train.
    wait for more splendid power-train technologies.
