Sorry to ask this, but I see references to the service plug, disconnecting the service plug, etc. What IS the service plug? Where is it?
Service plug refers to the high voltage disconnect, which is an orange contraption on the left side of the traction battery behind the driver's seat. If you take our the rear below floor storage tray you will see it. No tools needed!
