ok, had my 2010 Prius in for oil change (at Ford) and they noticed slight amount of seepage on one of the wheels. unfortunately, i did not pick up the car until several hours after the service dept closed so still waiting to get some details but wondering

is this covered under any warranty? i am just passed my bumper to bumper so wondering since its "wheel" related that it might be covered under drivetrain?

and any thoughts on what it might be that is leaking. the notes on the report seems to state its a very low key leak "seepage" and a slight wetness was noticed that was not present on the other wheel

it was on left front axle seal

    Which wheel?
The possibilities of what might have leaked are different left and right.
Also, where was the fluid found, exactly, and what was the fluid. It would not be unusual for the car to have driven through a puddle in the shop.
Or a cat could have peed on your wheel.
Or the mechanic could have spilled oil while filling.
    Or...

OK, I'm brand new to the Prius and don't know much about it, yet. But in general it sounds like a wheel bearing. It doesn't actually need replacing until it starts making a growling noise - they take a long time to fail, but once the seal goes, it's a matter of time before contaminants cause a problem. What I don't know about this car is whether the bearing can be replaced (cheap) or the entire hub will need to be replaced ($100-$300 parts).
In any case, my advice would be to do nothing for now.
