Has any tried one of the plug and play satellite radio players? I'm interested in getting satellite radio, but i'm not interested in messing with the car's wiring too much, for warranty reasons. If yes, which model? And how is the sound through the FM transmitter?

I use Sirius starmate. It was $99 at the best buy. I did it this way because I couldn't wait for the toyota OEM unit.

I use a tape adapter. I live in LA, and I can't use FM transmitter... too much interference in big cities.

I put a Sirius PnP2 in. I placed the mount on the carpet on the hump in the floor between the front seats. It blocks the kleenex drawer a bit, but I use the Sirius a lot more than I use kleenex.

I used double-sided foam adhesive to mount the "bracket" onto the carpet. It has been secure for a year, but I am comfortable that it will be easy to remove when I want to.

I purchased a SkiFi2 (that's XM radio) with a home kit and car kit. I love that I can use it in the house and in the car (without paying for 2 radios). The stereo shop that installed the antenna for me installed the car kit right under the sound system (below the drawer) and it looks great. I use the FM transmission and have no problems. It is really easy to change the frequency on this model - you might need to do this on road trips.
