RS3200 security doesn't arm

    I installed the VIP RS3200 Plus original part from Toyota following very detailed instructions. I activated it using TIS, but it does not arm. The LED doesn't flash at all. Everything else works normally as before, but no alarm system. It's like I did nothing at all.

    Any suggestions?
