Hi all, 05 Prius has abs/traction lights on. I tried doing a air bleed pattern procedure through Techstream but I get an error message ECU cannot perform test, and that goes for all test procedures.
I can see the voltage values change with the other wheels, but RR stays at 0.43v. At this point im thinking I should just change out the actuator??
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

I might consider sticking a voltmeter on that wire just to see if it agreed that was 0.43 V and not changing.

If it agreed, then I'd agree the actuator looks like the culprit. If the meter showed a different reading, showed it changing the way you'd expect, but the ECU kept saying it was stuck at 0.43 V, I'd lean more toward suspecting the ECU (or the wiring between).

What codes are causing the warning lights to come on?, and did you try clearing the codes before attempting the bleed procedure?
