We are going to be taking a road trip in three weeks with our Prius where we go from sea level to about 7500 feet in elevation for two weeks. :fear:

Will we see any "strange" performance from the vehicle during that time due to the elevation change? If so, is there a way to mitigate it, or is it even necessary?

Computer controlled engines automatically adjust fuel and air flow to give the engine what it needs. That is why most cars do not need tune-ups anymore. :)

One week - or even two weeks round trip - to go from sea level to 7500 feet? . . . phhhhffft . . . no problem. ;)

In the winter, every time I go skiing, I go from 17 feet to 8,800 feet in about an hour and a half.
