Retro-active Lane Keep Assist install?

My 2010 Prius has the advanced technology package with all the bells and whistles (adaptive cruise, intelligent park, collision warning, etc etc). However the one function it does not have is Lane Keep Assist. After much researching my understanding is that for some reason the Canadian versions did not come with Lane Keep Assist. Where the button should be for this is just a blank piece of plastic on my car. My understanding is it uses a camera behind the mirror, and it looks like my car has that camera (I think?).

Is there any chance that I could retroactively enable this and install the button? Or is my car also missing some crucial sensors that would allow this to work? Maybe other Canadians with the same spec have had some experience with this.
