Replacing the high beam bulbs?

    How do I replace the bulbs for the high beams? I just got done with the low beams but i can't find the high beams. Thanks....

    I think they are a dual filament bulb, so replacing one is actually replacing both.

    I'm pretty sure you need a #9003 high/low bulb, same as on my FJ Cruiser. If the low beam filament burns out, you have to replace the entire bulb.

    If you carefully examine the bulb itself, you will notice it has two filaments, one for low beam and the other for high beam

    When installing, always take a clean cloth or paper towel, apply some rubbing alcohol, and clean the glass bulb before putting the bulb into the headlight. Even a fingerprint will dramatically shorten the bulb life

    Yes, I did use the 9003 for the low beams, thanks for the quick reply... I didn't know our cars use only one set of bulbs for both lights...
