Replacement bumper cover work caused damage to tire

<rant> So I had my from bumper cover replaced. however, turns out the body shop failed to secure the splash cover under engine and as I was driving, the splash cover wing on the right peeled back and gouged a groove on my newish (<3000 miles) michelin defender on that side. Im so pissed. A look under the car, i notice there isn't any splashguard at all immediately adjacent to the bottom of bumper cover right below the radiator. Body shop is getting a piece of my mind come next workday. Going to ask for partial reimbursement of the $1000 paid to have the bumper cover replaced to cover new tire and proper splashguard installation. </rant>
