Replaced evaporator put it all back together now won't start

Followed the guide on removal and I replaced the Evaporator and expansion valve. Also soldered a new capacitor to fix the instrument cluster ( I have done this repair before). Now when I reconnect the battery the alarm sounds and flashes. Once I stop the alarm the car wont start and the blinking symbol is not on in the dash. The open door symbol is the only one lighting up and the flashers. I checked the immobilizer its plugged in any other suggestions? (other than take it all out again and replug everything? Its a 2006 and I cant run the codes since it wont start btw.

 

yes capacitor. my Son in law came and helped me find the plug I missed. thought it was the brake switch it was actually a long plug behind the blower assembly that went to box on the firewall. anyway all is good now.
