Replace both passenger doors

I just picked up a 2022 silver Prius that has damage to the passenger doors and rocker panel.
If I swap the front passenger door do I need to swap the handle for the sks to work?
Anyone know if a harness connection for both doors is all that might be needed to do the swap. I assume there might be one for each door behind trim panels
Anything special involved in swapping the rocker cover?

I am going to go out on a limb and say that the passenger door handle is merely an antenna to sense the proximity and location of the key fob as well as some kind of touch sensor to lock and unlock the door. The pairing of my keyfob to the car is hopefully stored in some other component that provides verification that the key fob is tied to this specific car. If that is true, no need to swap the handle when swapping the door
