That's the underside of your car coming off... Get under there with a screwdriver gun and some spare screws and screw it to the other plastic next to it wherever the screws are easy to put in. Don't bother with original OEM fasteners, no one is ever gonna see the underside of your car and they're way more expensive and harder to use again once damaged.

Of course if you're scared of DIY instead of spending 60 seconds fixing it there's plenty of Toyota Stealerships and repair shops that would love to rip you off for $600, which believe it or not is a reasonable charge because the #1 consumer complaint every year is always Car buying & repair.

You can go the screw route no problem or if you want in those big holes you see there you can get the big fuzzy push in plastic things and just push the piece up and push the large plastic fuzzy inserts into each one of those holes they're going to be pretty good size they're like quarter inch almost 5/16 on the OD of the fuzz so you push it up into the hole and you hear it make that funny plastic noise like a zip tie closing kind of and then that's it when you want to pull it down you just withdraw the fuzzy thing and put it to the side while you do whatever you do or you can wax screws in the plastic also but trying to get it into that metal frame is what you want to do if you can in those big holes the original fasteners were kind of crappy for his camper is not lying about that they are downright BS

It is the undercover of the car. You can buy grommet kits to secure it back up. Or, good old fashion zip ties

Lol, love this... My favorite quote from you so far! Makes you sound like a furry. And because I like to back up my claims with references: https://furscience.com/whats-a-furry/

Okay so just for weirdness the last two days driving my 13 persona when my wife lets off the gas it sounds like a bunch of plastic on the front end of the car right down there on the lip starts to flutter in the wind and sounds like a fart I rolled the car up on ramps yesterday to have a look nothing under there is loose I mean nothing there is no plastic under the hood flapping around The messed up fender liners have been trimmed back for years where they don't catch wind and they don't blow making any noises this just started Friday afternoon I fooled around Saturday and Sunday looking and driving the car It's really strange sounding like something is almost not meshing together like it should I can't tell if it's coming from the transmission when I get down under the car and slap on the underbelly pan like where the oil change flap which mine is gone and been gone for years It kind of makes that sound but not quite I can't move it fast enough to make it sound like it sounds when we're driving but it really doesn't sound like anything mechanical is really strange.
