I want to replace my front bumper, splash guard and grille. Current grille houses cracked fog lights, would like to forgo fog lights when replacing new grille. Mainly to save $ on the fog lights. Any advice or unforeseen problems with this plan?

Lower grille is held in place with snap ins all around - remove the front lower splash pan first. but there are two bolts from the back that are the final headache. They are about 2 inches down and 7 inches in from each side. I am going the other direction with a package fog light kit that has a new lower grille, two lights and the wiring. Just did not have any instructions.
