Red triangle, codes c0300, c0301, p0A80 popped up

Have a 2009 Prius with 250k miles. Put an aftermarket cat on after having 3 stolen about 40k miles ago. (Now getting 49mpg average but been noticing it had been getting lower to 47) Looking it up it’s a misfire of cylinder 1. Going to check the spark plug and coil in the morning. Spark plugs were replaced maybe 40k miles ago with dealer spark plugs. Would you suggest swapping the coil to a different cylinder just to see if the problem follows if the spark plug looks good and is the proper gap?

Other code looks like a battery issue? Will try the dr Prius test of the battery tomorrow is it worth paying for the app to test? Has been getting colder in the morning but so cal cold.

Am I missing anything for a first round test to fix the issues? Haven’t been driving the car as much the last few weeks just replaced the air filter as well. Attached is a quick screenshot of the reading for the battery.
