    Hello
I'm need of some help .....so I got a charger and discharger from maxx volts to try and recondition a pack

They pack was reconditioned before by someone and got full life on the Dr Prius app, not sure which device they used

    It's a 20 module pack

Charging and discharging was done for 2 cycles

On completion the Dr Prius app showed 26% battery life....with block 2 weak

Decided to open the pack to check ... Saw the 2 modules on block 2 was swollen

Changed it out and checked the app again it read 35% life

So my question, is it that the pack has failed...or do I need to remove bad modules before using the charger and discharger

'packs' do not fail, modules (cells) do. you need to replace the failed modules, then balance.

but a pack with a lot of bad cells is not worth reconditioning.
