I got 40 Cells the same exact ones that are in a Prius P0A80 High module Resistance What are the Best settings it's actually a Chevy Tahoe hybrid so these cells are SUPER worn out We got a NO load voltage of 7.5(x40=300volts) pretty much across the broad.. but i can't get the engine started it doesn't even spin over (it tries though) i plan to get a New battery by Feb-Mar Lowest Tested module so far was 7.5v to fully discharged only 98mAh 4.8v(it has already recovered to about 800mah via cycling it about 15 times..) Using 3.0amps Charge rate and 1.0amps discharge cut off at 6 volts for the other modules x5 cycles Should I be concerned that the cells are NOT getting Warm/Hot or warm when charging them? Current Temp inside is 75F Not enough amps charging?
I just did the same for my non-starting Prius a few days ago: Advice for moving a dead Prius. | PriusChat All my cells were 7.5v but two were under 1v. I charged them all to 8.2v, which was enough to get the car home. If your car is trying, but not starting, I would look at ICE issues. First, is there gas? What trouble codes?
Well one of the Cells only had 98mAh from 7.5 volts discharged to 0.8v/cell(4.8V) i aggressively cycled it and it's at 890mAh now there is something wrong with the engine but it was starting before Winter showed up it dropped to about 28F and then didn't start The battery is unknown age(appears someone was inside already in the past ) cell code 22914k0782M
