    I got a 2015 PiP, 98500 miles.
Instrument panel shows: RECHARGE INLET DOOR IS OPEN.
I haven't recharged de car in a long time, this happened all of a sudden. I played with the door switch but no luck, message doesn't go away, kind of annoying when driving.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Could be the PiP is annoyed that it hasn't been charged in a long time. Got two hours to hook it up?

    Interesting idea. Worth a shot.
Kind of like a baby bird with it's mouth open !! :)

But I think the switch is the more likely culprit.
I would hope it would be fairly easy to test or service or replace.

try disconnecting the 12v negative for a minute to clear it and see if it comes back.

if it does, t should be the switch or corroded connections, but it's always possible the ecu is damaged/corroded
