Readout on JBL (No Nav) acting up.

The readout on the factory JBL powerhead of my Prius IV has started getting bars across it and then the whole display starts flashing. It has done it 4 or 5 times now and so far I have been able to fix it by turning it off and back on. I made an appointment with dealership to have it looked at and it has worked fine since....

The dealership told me today that they are going to order a replacement and just replace it even though they could not see the problem themselves. I could not believe that they would do this, but it made my day. Figured it was going to be several trips back before they would do something.:rockon:

Has anyone else had this problem with their powerhead? They told me it could take up to 4 weeks to get the replacement in and if it happens again I would like to know if anyone else has a solution.

 

Same problem, and would not do it at the dealership, but they decided to replace it anyway. Hope you have the same luck!
