I heard others complain about this rattle and now my car is doing it. It's the sound of something loose rattling against plastic I think. It appear to be coming from the right side underneath the bottom glove box or in back of it. I never heard it until today and today I've heard it many times. The right bump or jar in the road does it. I'm not sure where the snaps are to remove the panel under the dash on the right side or I would check around. Sometimes snap fits can easily be damaged if you don't know where they're located. Anyone have an illustration of this panel? Anyone hear this noise. I remember someone finding a heater duct completely disconnected and that's what it sounds like....not a small rattle at all. Thanks

Guess I should close this one out. I forgot that I had put an extra pair of sunglasses in the tiny storage pocket on the headliner up front. The one with the drop down door. It always amazes me when you try to localize sounds in a car and mess up. This has happend to me with other cars and I never seem to remember, lol. But you've got to start somewhere and usually my wife helps me locate noises while we drive. She's been away out of state so I'm left to guessing...wrong this time. It's also amazing how that rattle did not sound close up by my head at all. Problem fixed!
