I've applied "Rain X" on all my windows and today we had some rain (with snow already :-/) and Prius its front window angle at speed 55km/hr (34mph) I did not have to use wipers at all. The rain droplets just slide off the front windshield without any help all one has to do is to accelerate with the traffic.

I highly recommend it especially to those that encounter lots of precipitation.

I've been using Rain-X since the early 90's when I first got my license and apply it to every window on every car I've owned the day I bring a new car home. I absolutely love the stuff and have promoted it on Priuschat as well over the years. Glad you've found out about it, used and and are pleased with the results.

I too have used it since I started driving and found out about it... excellent stuff. helps reduce bug sticks... and where I'm at, even helps snow and ice scrape right off the glass with little effort. I can't say I would endorse fog-x (the interior version) though... that stuff didn't work nearly as well... but regular applications of rain-x on the windshield and rear glass are a must in my book.

how often do y'all recoat your glass? once a month - whenever it lacks performance???

RainX = Every couple of months works for me.....

I would imagine if you're car gets washed often, then the RainX might need to be applied more often...
