Replacing the old one, the new one does not any hardware to hold it together.
There should be two nuts installed on the top and bottom to hold it to the support mounts.
    Mine doesn't have them.

And presumably the old nuts are missing?

It's normal and expected to re-use fasteners when replacing parts.

If the fasteners cannot be re-used, it is normal and expected to have to buy replacements separately.

I replaced the radiator on my 06 last year. Purchased everything from Toyota. Radiator, all hardware, hoses, clamps, fan switch, A/C condenser, etc.

I tested the fans before the work to see if I needed them as well - mine were fine.

Just wanted to go in once and be done
