The thread title just reminded me of a post I once came across. The poster once did an EV conversion of a Porsche for racing at the local track. Being the earlier days of such conversions(IIRC, it used lead acid floodies), he didn't have the range to get to the track and back, or perhaps he justed wanted to maximize his track time. Whatever the reason for it, he built a pusher trailer out of the back end of an original VW bug.
