Question about wires..

    I have 2 questions regarding wires:

    Question 1:
    I want to run some lights in the footwells that ONLY turn on when I have my headlights on. What is a good wire to tap into for that?

    Question 2:
    So, I removed my rear wiper. I really have no use for them, and it looks soo clean without it. My question is, does anyone have the wiring diagram for the stalk? I want to wire my rear wiper stalk to do other things.. I noticed when I removed my rear wiper there were 5 wires coming out of it. Can each wire be used as a separate on/off switch?

    On question 1, if you follow my fog light link in signature, there is a brown wire @ the ECU in the dash that will work.

    Oh ok, that makes sense! I actually used your thread to install my fog lights. Thanks again!!

    No info on the rear wiper wires huh?

    Nope, no info on the wiper. The EU version of the Toyota Tech has a great deal of information including diagrams... check there.

    hmm .. the information I seek is in the paid sections.. I think i may just play with the wires one day when I have time.
