Yes, you certainly need help and not from this forum.

    That's a 1941 buick roadmaster,
Also looking at a 1947 for the driver side headlight,
Already got a 1949 studebaker for the passenger side

If you pull the bumper cover off (see youtube) you'll find lots of solid objects to weld or bolt stuff to... And it's always better to overdo how strong the mounts are rather than underdo it.

You can certainly attach one with some effort, but none are made with useful mounting systems that directly bolt up to a Prius.

Please understand that it isn't going to be functional, if you actually nudge or push something the bar is likely to break off and increase the damage to the front of your car and possibly you as well. But it has been done. Rough overview:

    1. remove the front bumper cover
    2. fabricate some steel brackets with the right fittings for the bar- might be able to modify ones that come with
    3. attach your custom brackets to the crash beam (probably requires welding but you might catch an easier break)
    4. cut holes for the brackets through your bumper cover
    5. re-install the bumper cover
    6. attach the bull bar to the bracket fittings that are poking through the cover
