Here is a sneak peek at what will be updated on any packs purchased once October arrives and should be available to order by end of September.

Better thermal cooling is made with this update to the modules.

But dont go drilling holes in your other packs thinking it will be the same.

I kindly ask any of my viewers to not use any other affiliate links posted by others in my posts that try to offer you "unlimited tech support" or from just plain old hijackers and copycats.

Using my links will always help bring you sneak peeks and early release dates.

If any one wants to use an affiliate link for a ProjectLithium purchase from a person who doesn't think they own discussion threads on PriusChat and that the most important reason we're here is to help each other rather than exclusify and exploit each other, please use my affiliate link: https://projectlithium.com/?ref=9qLPw

Not only has @AzusaPrius told me in a private messages that I'm not allowed to post my affiliate link on PriusChat, because that means I'm "hijacking" his money making attempts on here, but he has also refuses to engage in a conversation with me about a way we can both share our affiliate links on here and not step on each other toes. I've replied to his message multiple times and he still won't reply.

And it's not because I myself haven't been as he calls "hijacked," because I know when there's more than one affilate link for the same product a mix up can occur. For example, at the start of this week someone on here sent me a private message saying they purchased using my affiliate link and would like to take me up on my unlimited tech support offer for those who use my link.

Problem is, as I explained to this buyer, I have no record of their purchase with my affiliate link and after checking in with Project Lithium I found out there was a mix up with the buyer and they used @AzusaPrius affiliate link, not mine. I told this buyer that I've no issues with giving them unlimited tech support despite the mix up. And yes, that's a good amount of money I missed out on and because I'm poor so I could easily get mad, but truth is it doesn't bother me that much. I've been so blessed with this affiliate link that it's no big deal because sometimes things don't go as planned and my #1 goal here is to help people not make money off people.

To be clear, I've been helping people on PriusChat almost every day on here for over a decade because I love the community and people are almost always super kind and generous in compensating me for working on their Prius or helping with difficult challenges remotely.

And as much as I value how much my life has been improved from all the success with people using my affiliate link, even if that wasn't an option I'd still be here helping people because I love it when people get there car fixed in a way that they can afford and some of the coolest new friends in my life in the past 5 years have come from me helping people on PriusChat. I'm so grateful for that. It's way more important to me than making money.

Also, @AzusaPrius, technically Danny's been letting you get away with all the affiliated links which do violate TOC so I don't think it's fair to ask members to not use another member's link.

I never told priuscamper not to post on priuschat but to avoid posting his links in my created threads.

Doing so will avoid the mix up the customer had recently as he said.

I appreciate being able to help the forum readers with links that help save them money.

I however respect others here and do not hijack anyones threads.

How is a thread with 175 comments "your created thread" ? I've never been able to make sense of that claim and asked you that in a reply to your private message and told you that if you want to clearly define what protocol you'd like me to follow/list of threads you don't want my affiliate link on I'd be happy to oblige. But you never replied? I just private messaged you again with my real name and phone number and however you want to work this out is fine by me... No issues with you whatsoever at this point...

Shocked that azausa got his ears lit. If anything that Priusoverlord and his google ad links on his ecommerce page should be banned for scamming paid customers and pretend that items are in stock. But bad behavior like that are rewarded

The project lithium itself does not disclose the designed charge cycles for their batteries. This why I am hesitant to spend bid bucks. Warranty is only a way to hide things. Many auto manufacturers have deceived customers by shipping cars with only 500 cycle lithium ion batteries, while Chinese are marketing 4000 charge cycle lithium batteries. Tesla has 2000 cycle batteries - enough for the life of car.

So how many cycles is Nexcell v2.5 ?

I thought charge cycles was a measure of the specific battery chemistry, not a measure of the products created from that chemistry? But perhaps what you're saying is deceptive sellers will make false claims about charge cycles and Project Lithium doesn't? Maybe there's better reasons to be "hesitant to spend big bucks" than this one?

Also keep in mind that Project Lithium is a not just a product being built and sold for profit, but a PROJECT funded by revenue generated from Dr. Prius app that's not generating enough revenue to do anything but sustain itself because the money is again being re-invested to design more advanced iterations. The owner isn't even currently earning an income for this work...

Also there is a video calculating the 10+ year lifespan based on the first pack with 200K miles on it on their Youtube channel:

Quite encouraging to see the pack hit that mileage before throwing up a P0A80, albeit in only 3 years.

There's nothing wrong with back-of-the-envelope calculations, but linearly extrapolating lifespan for an entire product line, from a sample size of one, using the average residual capacity instead of the minimum, is making one too many convenient assumptions that wouldn't pass muster in any sort of peer review.

The reason he's giving warranty coverage for almost everything that comes in even when the failure is based on some dummy causing damage on the installation, which happens often is because he's trying to learn as much as he can about improving performance and longevity and sometimes improvements to prevent a handful of cars from failing (Like V2 upgrade to address corrosion malfunction in Gen2 Prius ECU) can create new problems even when they're tested in delivery driver cars for 6 months to a year before making them available.

And quite frankly the benefits I've experienced everyday in improved Prius performance makes this pack worth every penny for the last 40 months I've been using it regardless of how many years I have left. Maybe in 2030 when my pack is 10 years old we can revisit this conversation and I'll have a different opinion, but for now every day I'm grateful I'm not using the lame week sauce anitquated NiMH OEM pack in my Prius.

just because you help people, you still give off the perception you are a spoiled little kid who throws temper tantrums... your energy just isn't soothing or caring.. more like.. you want to be this Yoda of the Prius world online. You will put down all you feel is inferior to you... that type of energy will not get you much further than you seem to have lucked out and traveled to.

I find it intriguing to observe the range of opinions expressed on this forum. There seems to be a prevailing belief that online expressions equate to truth. It prompts me to ponder whether individuals sharing similar sentiments, perhaps having conveyed inaccurate information, would retract or offer apologies upon realizing they've been swayed by misleading assessments. The responsibility, in my view, lies partly with the influence of the internet and those who have unfortunately misled others. Consequently, there's a prevailing tendency to assume guilt before innocence, especially when it involves a new entity or company.

Observing how individuals handle acknowledging any mistaken views regarding PriusOverlord, also known as PriusOverlanding.com, will be an interesting test of confidence and accountability.

In conclusion, a noteworthy aspect emerges: the misconception that individuals would deliberately invest significant effort in developing new parts for a Prius with the intent of deceiving their customers. It prompts the question: "Who would engage in such actions, and how could one believe that someone would dedicate considerable effort and resources only to defraud owners?" However, as is often the case with online narratives, comprehending human motivations remains elusive.

Could it not be considered that the unexpected surge in customer demand led to unforeseen challenges in managing incoming orders? Perhaps there was a need to recalibrate strategies to accommodate the unexpectedly high volume efficiently. Is it not plausible to entertain the notion that someone might have genuine intentions but faced overwhelming circumstances that required adaptation to meet expectations?

The words in a recent Instagram Reel I posted sum your opinion online...

The Black Jimmy Neutron on Instagram: All I.m saying is, yesterday was a glorious day and one huge step forward in all that I do. I've had to sit on my hands the last almost three months since the banking snafu... bank error reeked havoc on things, and that was after having major headaches resulting from those who wanted to see me fail. Little did they know they set me up for a major bounce back. It's taken months to rebuild, I got to hand it to them, they almost got me. They legit took a box cutter to my Achilles' heel, they just didn't know how I'm built... see, where I'm from the saying "Stick to the script. It's a marathon, not a sprint." will forever live long and strong with those in the know. Now I just wonder, what do we do about those who spread all the false allegations? NOTHING! The Universe Don't Like Ugly... their karma let's just say, the burden only gets heavier. Uh huh... I know you read and look at my posts, so.... when your eyes are watering and you yell out "why me" to the Universe, I don't wish that on you. I just hope you remember all the things you posted in my regard. So with that... THE MARATHON CONTINUES! Those with pending orders, my moment of redemption is upon us!
