Good morning, Meanwhile, I would like to apologize for my incorrect English. I am Italian and I write from Italy. I have a problem with my 2018 Prius Plug-in. I bought this car used, with few km. The USB port shows no signs of life. I also tried to replace it with a new USB port, still original Toyota, but to no avail. It does not work. It really seems like there's no power coming because the USB lights don't come on and not even the cell phone gets a signal, not even a battery charging signal. I tried connecting various users to the USB (3 USB sticks and two cell phones, also changing the cable) but there is no sign of life. I would like to ask if anyone has had the same problem as me and how to solve it. Thank you
Good morning, yesterday I used a scanner to diagnose the Prius. The result is that there is an error in the control unit that cannot be deleted "B15C1 GPS antenna connection fault". In fact, the GPS has never worked. Could this error be linked to the USB port not working?
