Problem chinese head unit and OBD dongle

    I have installed an android head unit in my prius 3
    I have a strange communication problem between the h.u and the dongle.
    The only app that see the dongle is torque.
    Hybrid Assistant for example (and other app) don't see the OBD claiming that BT is off!
    Any idea?
