Purchase a Prius one, now I’m seeing I’d like to have added two things. 1) Fog lights and 2) Blind spot sensors on side mirrors

    Any guidance or suggestions???

I saw fog light kits on eBay for about $225 kit, but can’t seem to find info on the side mirrors.

I suspect you're out of luck with the Blind Spot sensors - they are integrated in the original build. Mine didn't have them either (here they were included in the top model - at $8000 dearer, so no) - so I'll wait till I get my next car.

The Fog Lights are useless anyway, the beam is just poorly designed for fog - if you have a fog issue, you might be better off with aftermarket lamps.

Yes the Prius 2 has the blind spot sensors (rear radars). As to the "fog lights" I remember a long ago quote from Bob Hope, who happened to be visiting Russia at the time, described being in a very dense fog while driving, and remarked the when the fog lights were on said "I could see the fog much better" :).

Heed the above suggestions, resist the urge for a while, it'll pass.

We've got stock foglights, never use them, they're innefective. Every time I've turned them on I've ended up flipping them on/off, trying to tell the difference. Then give up and switch them back off.

The sensors? Definitely not something trivial that could be added.

Yeah, just stick with what you've got.

I installed the E-bay fogs... They include a DRL and turn signals. I wired the fog into my high beam circuit as i dont have an independent switch for fogs, the drl is always on when the side lights are turned on. Overall im really happy with them and they make the front end look more finished.
