Sounds like a dead 12v battery. Assuming its the original one, its definitely time for a replacement.

I am assuming you don't have Smart Key. Can you lock it with a mechanical key?

When you press the Lock button on the remote FOB, does the red light come on? If not, you need to replace the Lithium thumb size battery in the FOB.

If everything in the car is not working, check the voltage at the battery to see if you ran it down. If it has over 12v, look at the main fuse.

It may not be time for a new battery, but I'll bet you ran yours down while listing to music. It's a small battery and doesn't take much to run it down. Try charging the battery and see if that solves the problem. In the future, leave the car in READY mode when listening to the audio.

Or at least, do not leave the car IG-ON (where the dashboard warning lights are on.) The power drain on the 12V battery is quite high when the car is in that mode.

Assuming that the 12V battery is in good condition, then the car can be left ACC-ON (where the dashboard warning lights are not on and the stereo can be played) for a reasonable period of time. The car will automatically switch from ACC-ON to IG-OFF after around one hour has elapsed.

guys it was actually a stupid matter. i opened prius's boot and opened the battery place. then i just tightened up the things and the car automatically started everything. it just got loose. but thanks a lot for your suggestions and i appreciate it :)

OT: my prius's navigation system is in japanese language. is there any way i can transform that to english?
