I had blown head gasket on my 2013 Toyota Prius V wagon. So I got a JDM engine and transmission installed. The car was running fine for a week then boom car started losing power on the highway and struggling to maintain speed. Had Christmas lights lit up on dashboard and CEL indicating two codes 1) P261C and 2) P261B engine coolant pump motor B
I checked the fuses and it had a blown coolant pump fuse so I replaced it. It still was having same problem. So then I replaced the water/coolant pump. I’m having the same problem. Has anybody encountered the same problem? Any advice would be appreciated

Did you try head gasket sealer on the old engine which may still be in the system due to the radiator, cabin heater and exhaust heat exchanger?

Did you replace the engine water pump or the inverter water pump?

Did you use a Toyota pump or aftermarket?

Did you check the fuse again?

Did you check the water pump relay?

Do you have access to a bidirectional scanner?
