Prius Hid headlight replacement issue

Hello everyone, i had this issue and your help is greatly appreciated:
not to long ago, i replaced my hid headlight (xenarc d2r)on the drivers side of my 2005 Toyota Prius
and tonight. i realized that the bulbs are making 2 different patterns :
New bulb (dispersed and low):

and my old bulb (narrow and normal):


Both of these were at the same distance - i would like to adjust the new bulb to look like the old one or at least get them aimed level
