    My inverter water pump doesn't make noise, does it mean that the pump is bad or it doesn't get power?
    I already removed the inverter coolant reservoir cap and there is no turbulence inside it, the coolant is calm (car is on).

    It almost certainly is the inverter coolant pump. Here's a good YouTube video:
