prius dealership whose service dept knows their stuff

    any dealerships in the los angeles area that has really good prius service dept? key's toyota in van nuys doesn't know crap, pretty much wasted $100 there. i want a second opinion from a dealership that knows it's stuff.

    I've had some bad experiences with Toyota of Santa Monica. Including a service person lying to me about paying for a rental for one day. I would stay away from them. I'm looking for a new service dept that can do regularly scheduled maintenance

    you can look at the manual and have a local reputable service/mechanic shop do them for ya, that is what i am doing and no nassle and headaches so far, didnt even go back to the dealer for my freebee LOL

    if anything i used to go to Longo service dept for my freebees from past cars, no problems no hassles
