PRIUS C REBUILD TROUBLESHOOTING!!! Help Needed!

Hi Everyone !!! This is my last chance, so I take it. I have 2012 Prius C 4. Nice little car, with previous body damage. I got this car pretty much for parts, and it was sitting on my property for like 2 years by now. So couple months ago I decided bring it to life, put new engine, tranny, hybrid battery in it and rest of the stuff.

This car was missing key, so I called a local locksmith, and he told me to buy a smart key on ebay and he would come and program it, so I did. Now I noticed some Green Key Sign with antenna wave appear on the screen every time when I turn on the ignition, and then its gone. I dont know what it means.

It turns on the ignition, open/close, I see all the lights on dash BUT the ENGINE didnt start. So I plugged in OBD2 scanner, I found a fault code for Transmission Range sensor. Replaced it, nothing changed. Checked the wires and found a bad wire, fixed it. Code is gone now.

Still didnt start. So I opened up the Hybrid Battery and found few connectors are not connected, I put them in place, nothing changed.

Still no ANY OBD2 codes.

I had Toyota Employee come over and test it with Toyota tool, and he didnt find any codes.

ANY IDEAS WHY IT WOULDNT START WITHOUT ANY ERROR CODES????

I dont see READY on my screen and Dont hear contractors engage on the hybrid battery, all other options seems to be working fine.

ANY HELP WILL BE HELPFUL.!!!
