I'm looking for a pair of good quality and reasonably priced aftermarket headlights. Any suggestions?

Depo brand are the best aftermarket headlights I've seen and they are usually half the price of Toyota's part. I don't think Depo sells direct, but they are sold through all the major autopart sites and chains.

    Example (not an endorsement)

I can't recall if they arrive populated with bulbs, and you'll need to re-use your fasteners but yeah, it's the whole sealed module.

Ahh okay cool. I’m sorry for the misunderstanding but I meant aftermarket lights along the lines of let’s say the valenti brand. Ones with drl.

Gotcha, no worries. I know the sort of item you want but am not aware of any availability for Prius c, sorry.

    Best of luck!

Just noticed you're posting from Trinidad- if I'm not mistaken that means you drive on the left, which means you could theoretically use JDM assemblies without having to modify them for the low-beam offset.

That might open things up for you a bit.

Yes, that’s correct, but before I commit to one thing, I’d like to see if anyone has any recommendations.

    My recommendation is:
IF the lights are working now........leave them ALONE.
ADD some if you must but don't screw with the stock ones or you might end up with no lights at all.
