So does this mean my 215k mile 2010 is covered until next November, or am I in the SOL 10-150k mile area? I’m confused.
looks to me like you will needadash light, because that would indicate a code. an 10/150 is way better than 3/36. if your booster goes out after 10 years, can you really complain?
You're covered until next November, because the primary coverage says "regardless of mileage". After that, you're not covered, because the secondary coverage says "or 150,000 miles whichever occurs first" and with your 215k, it has. You would have some of the brake (or related) warning lights on, and it would have to turn out to have at least one of the codes listed in the associated TSB. That's what the A0B recall was about. It doesn't stop the regen from kicking off on bumps; all Prii do that, because the bump can be sensed as dicey traction, and it's safer to do dicey traction braking with four wheels than with two. But A0B was a firmware update supposed to make it feel less startling. If you've got any doubt whether yours had that recall done already, you can compare the firmware version in the skid ECU, shown in Techstream. -Chap
So I have taken care of one of the “Big 3” issues affecting the Prius myself, the head gasket/oil burning. The brake master cylinder issue IF it occurs would be covered by Toyota for the next 14 months or so. This means I only need to save up for a battery. My decision to buy a Prius gets smarter everyday it seems. LoL

This thread has mentioned both a customer support program (ZJB) and some recalls (A0B and D0H). They work differently. For the recalls, you don't need any specific behavior or symptom. You just check if your car is covered by the recall and if it's been done. If it hasn't been, you go in and they do it. Simple as that. A customer support program like ZJB is only about some particular way the system might or might not break because of a known issue. It isn't Toyota saying they've suddenly guaranteed their parts won't ever wear out or break for any reason. The codes you're reporting are not the ones covered by ZJB. You simply have something else going on with your brakes. In this case it looks like an electronics failure in the brake/skid ECU ("electronic control unit", not "engine control unit" as the Actron scanner says; lots of ECUs in the car, only one that's for the engine). In a Gen 3, you don't get that ECU separately, it's glommed onto the side of the brake hydraulic actuator, so it's a long knucklebuster of a job to replace. If it were mine, I might spend a little extra time looking for any simple cause of a network communication error, cycle all the 12 volt power, and see if maybe just maybe there was a simpler issue involved. But the C1300 is not super-optimistic on that score.

Hi, welcome to PriusChat, where a lot of people come looking for accurate information about their Prius cars. The 'campaign ZJB' document linked above applies only to 3rd generation Prius liftback and Prius Plug-in (PHV) cars, not to the v or the c. The end dates vary by model year: So it's already over for 2010s (unless anybody's got one that hasn't rolled 150k by now). For 2011s through 15s, it is still in force through August 2021 and then to your tenth year or 150k miles, whichever comes first. It is a replacement conditioned on specific failures ("certain internal malfunctions of the brake booster and brake booster pump assemblies"). It is good to remember that in the 3rd generation Prius, those are two different assemblies: There is a list of trouble codes that may mean the covered failure has occurred. They are codes that can also be set for other reasons. Sometimes a few simple steps of diagnosis will reveal that something else has caused the codes you have, and that replacement of one or even both these assemblies would not be the necessary solution.
The lights came on my dashboard earlier. My extended warranty ended on 4/3/2020. Has anyone had luck getting this covered after the extended warranty? If yes, what did you do?

First you need to pull the codes for the lights. Then the you need to check if the codes in the recall are matching. If they do and then take it to dealer and give them the print out of the recall. They might charge you for diagnostic fee first. You might have to fight with them to do it under warranty. I let my wife do the talking part
