I watched YouTube video on how to clean battery fan and tube and it requires to take the side panel off! Is there a way to check or to clean the blowing fan without taking any parts off? There must be an entry for air to come in where I can use a vacuum to suck dust out, thanks.
How often have you cleaned a fan? Dust reacts with moisture in the air to make it somewhat sticky and attach to the fan blades. Vacuums will only have minimal success in removing this, and usually requires some sort of physical contact/abrasion to remove. Good video above. My only comment would to not bother pulling the rear seat off: you can just push apart the seat and back, reach through with a ratchet extension, to remove the single 12 mm (socket size) bolt in there.
