So while my 2022 AWD-e Was being assessed after an accident, they told me to clean it TOTALLY out, so I did. I pulled the retractable cargo cover and the rubber floor mats and cargo mat out of it.

The non-Prime cargo cover will work in the Prime, it is just a little shorter in the middle of the flap, and covers all but a small sliver of the cargo area. The Prime probably won't work in the non-Prime, though.

The front and rear raised edge rubber floor mats from the AWD-e fit just fine in the footwells of the Prime.
The rear rubber mat likely doesn't, but I'll check in the next few days.
Part of the rubber mat package on my AWD-e was plastic plates that Velcro-ed to the rear seat backs to protect them when they're folded down. They are not an exact fit in the Prime, they are a touch too long, but do fit and allow the seats to latch into place. The one mismatch is the plates that Velcro to the hinged floor plates that slide over the bottom of the rear seat backs. The AWD-e had much smaller hinged plates, so the plastic protector plates are only about 3-4" high, whereas the Prime hinged plates are at least 6-8" high, so it will leave about half of those carpeted plates exposed. I'll try to get some pics of them in place over the weekend. I may replace these too-short plates with some ABS sheet I have, gluing Velcro to them, for total coverage of those plates, but that may be FAR down the line, I won't haul with the seats down very often.

I need to track down what boneyard my AWD-e ends up at so I can hopefully buy the Homelink mirror from it to transplant to the Prime. They are both LEs with a similar tech package, so I think it should drop right in without trim modifications.
