In viewing new posts, the time posted in the "Last Action Column" is one hour ahead. ie: Actual time 6:32 EDT shows up as 7:32. Is it only me, if so how do I correct it?

One of the many problems with the new time change.

It is rather odd that it's correct on some parts of the site and not on others, however.

    *edit*
nevermind... i could have sworn i looked yesterday and the post times were correct, but now they aren't...

I believe they were correct yesterday also. If it was an hour on the other side it could be the time change.

You can correct it yourself by clicking the link near the top of the page "My Controls" and setting the time for the correct GMT offset (under "Board Setting").

Not true for at least some of us. Danny appears to be looking into it.

My brand new HD cable DVR boxes are off too. Like I'm sure going to try to set the recorder to compensate for that!

The cable system transmits the time, so they need to fix it. I called my cable system around 10 a.m. on Sunday and left a message. Fifteen minutes later, the cable box updated.

Ok, here is what I have selected, and I am showing the correct time (currently 6:07 PM Eastern):

The time (including your current adjustment) is: Mar 13 2007, 06:07 PM
    I selected GMT - 5 Eastern Time

And then below that I have Auto Correct DST checked.

I don't get why I'm showing the correct time using these settings but others aren't.... I'll keep looking.

Danny, I verified that my settings were as you described, but your message shows a post time of 7:09 as I write this ... at 6:22.

    Thanks for all your work!

I didn't mean to cause a problem. Thanks for your efforts Danny to straighten this out.

I did this a few minutes ago so that it's now set for London time. I sending this on Sunday, 18 March 07, at 12.12 p.m.

The board software apparently knows that DST came early and has already started this year. That's why our times are an hour ahead, instead of an hour behind.

The UTC main time appears to be an hour ahead when I set to GMT+0 and turn off DST.

I believe that it should be moved back an hour so that it maches this:

OK, THIS is weird. It's now 11:37 my time. I just made a post. When I look at the list, though, it says "Last post made: 10:35." So I figure the board is doing wacky DST things again, so I bump up my time offset by exactly one hour. I go back into the forum and it says "Last post made: 12:35."

    Weird. Eerie.

I've been out of town for the last 5 days and when I opened Prius Chat I noticed that the "posted time" is correct again. How did this come about, a fix or just happened?
