So monday was quite the monday. I got to work late and the parking lot was full so I got stuck parking in the gravel lot. I was searching for a spot and hit a dip, mangling my front left Plus package aero piece (but thankfully not my bumper cover!). Not fixable from what I can see. So I called around to dealers and all they can seem to find is the complete seven piece kit. Where can I just find the front left piece?
Mentioned your predicament to DH at lunch today, he's a former 'yoda tech & we both drive Prii. He agreed it is sold as a 7 piece kit & ~$850, but also mentioned that you may be able to take it to a good body shop & they may be able to fix it, provided you have all the pieces. Good luck none the less!
It's in pretty... interesting condition, but I'll try taking it to a shop. My hopes are not up. I'm just curious what they're thinking not offering standalone parts... that's like forcing someone to buy a full set of four seats if one gets damaged, or a full set of four wheels if one gets damaged. If they can't fix it maybe I'll look at an aftermarket lip.
