I got the entire entune package to work on my new PIP advanced. Pandora, Iheart, XM, charging, AC remote, everything great EXCEPT I can't get my iphone to forward messages via bluetooth. Does anyone know if the iphone needs settings changed to do this and if so what those setting changes are? Any words of wisdom would be appreciated. Thanks!
Unfortunately, Apple doesn't support the MAP protocol, which is what's needed in order to use the text/email functionality of Entune.
I guess that is one of the few areas where Blackberries do something better than Apple. The message (e-mail and text) transfer works fine over Bluetooth on my Blackberry. Since this is part of the core phone functionality, the lack of support for Entune on new Blackberries is not a factor.
