Redoing the battery pack in a 2011 RX450h (not exactly a Gen2, but super similar, hoping y'all can help). Car has a persistent P3013 cell block 3 weak. I discharged/charged all the cells, they are all around 5ah, no weak cells, but the pack was WAY out of balance. Put it back together, still getting a P3013. Thought it could be the battery sensor module, replaced that with a brand new one, still no dice. Any advice?

Does this have the 9.6 volt modules? Are you certain you worked on/checked Block 3? What methodology did you use to discharge/charge them? How many times? What were the results? Unfortunately, I've seen plenty of "around 5ah" module that are experiencing a single cell failure, but the other cells hide it when you only look at overall Ah. The voltage graph during the discharge tells a lot of info also. If you're seeing any of them drop ~1.3 volts fairly quickly, then hold steady, that's a solid indicator you have a bad/weak internal cell.

Yes the 9.6V modules. Yes, I discharged and recharged each cell individually. 1A discharge, 1.5A charge. 5-10 cycles per cell.

i'm guessing you already cleaned the corrosion off the connectors, if any?
