Perplexing Problem

    I am wondering why Toyota gave me a tie down strap to tie down a tire in the trunk if they don't give me a spare tire.

    Funny, I was just thinking something similar, wondering why Toyota gave me the tie down straps for gold bullion bars but didn't include the gold bullion bars. ;)

    It goes with the flex cuffs, duct tape, plastic tarp, and shovel. Were those missing from your kit?

    Is this to tie down the charging cord? Doesn't look very useful in this regard.
