Prius 2010: Not sure what is the issue, but I have a "Check PCS system" error with triangle, brake, TPMS, and traction control lights on steady and PCS flashing. Car was normal with no hazards, and this happened after a CRO505 flush 30 min 2k-2.5k rpm via OBD and then an 2k oil change and oil maintenance reset. There is a oil catch can installed 6 months ago following EGR full circuit cleaning and the OCC was full of ~1/3 of the bottle of the pine smelling CRO and pine could be smelled in exhaust. Also recently had new oem windshield installed with no issues 1 month ago wo calibration. Car drives fine now. Could not reset error codes via techstream. TPMS detected in techstream and all within range. Codes are C1659, C1203, C1345 and B2060.

You drove the car for 2000 miles after the engine flush procedure, no issues, then changed the oil, and then got these warnings?

Maybe they ran the battery down? Just for giggles check the 112 volt battery voltage, first thing in the morning, car off, with a digital multimeter. Might have also used some spray, detailing the car after windshield install, shorted out something electronic. "Valet service" is notorious for messing up Prius.

What's the miles on it btw? This flurry of engine flush, oil catch can and EGR, I'd guess around 150K?

2000 miles was since the last oil change using Costco 0w20. 12v terminal was disconnected and error still there. Very strange giving that the car runs fine. Miles is at 115k. I thought it might be an issue with the flush and PCV valve given that OCC was full of the Cro505, but its strange it's a PCS issue. I'm reading that that or something related like a ECU failure could cause all these lights to popup.

And the windshield replacement more recent? How soon after that did the warnings pop up?

That was 1 month ago, and seemed fine. I did put a toll transponder on the right side of the rearview mirror on inside of the windshield, but made sure it didn't cover anything the Lane Keep Assist camera on the left side.

I feel that these are all red herrings. Everything works except cruise control and dynamic cruise. Possibly suggests radar issue.

How come I’m suspecting the transponder being too close to the mirror….

This video cleared all codes. Every one of them. No idea why.

Only thing worse than valet is tow truck operators. They notoriously bring me Priuses they transported left in the on mode and 12v batt drained as a result. It's like they're trying to damage the car.

My sig other drives one of my pri. Is there somewhere I can get a padlock for my hood on her car?
