Can anyone tell me if 2012 to 2015 front fenders and headlight assy from a Prius V are interchangeable with a 2014 plug in Prius?

Likely no since they're two different vehicles. You'll have to find one from a 2012-2015 Prius Liftback (regular or Plug-in)

Yes in the aftermarket should have you covered on the fenders for pretty reasonable like $88 on carparts.com things like that You don't need to buy the dealer $249 fender for this model car You're more than welcome but it's completely unnecessary fakes and body shop quality parts are just fine like from the bumper guy and all that kind of nonsense The headlight if it's the dual LED projector I don't think the aftermarket has you covered for that and that's going to cost you five or $600 plus just for the one headlight I think unless something's changed since the last time I looked and I don't look often at anything for the generation 3 anymore but if you don't have the dual projector LED setup then the aftermarket has you covered for very reasonable even the one headlight you replace will not look terribly different from the one that's on the car other than it won't be as cloudy it'll be more clear The generation 3 headlights even the Toyota replacement they're all made very cheaply thin plastic clouds very quickly they're like the cheap replacements for the older model cars so on the generation 3 you never had high quality plastic headlights to begin with they were cheap junk from the factory so there's always that.

Posting a Prius V and plug-in question in a gen 3 regular prius, where do you even move the post to?
